Room was filthy. Sink leaked. Heating system broken, no fax, etc. as promised. Staff could care less.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. There was so much dust in our room that every surface was covered in it. Out bathroom sink leaked. The heating system was broken. Bathroom so tiny that you had to squeeze between the door and the toilet to access the sink, which was blocked by the door. Window shutters would only stay open when propped open with a pillow. No fax, etc. as promised in the reservation. Not environmentally friendly - sheets, towels, toiletries changed daily. Floor was not vacuumed. The manager had the AC fixed and acted as though we were inventing the other problems, which were not fixed. ...read more

Amazing location, 24x7 room service that is actually decent priced and good food selection.
Lack of free internet. Horrible lunch menu, horrible service, very overpriced and food tastes like garbage. Do not dine in the hotel restaurant.

The bar was out of light and coffee.

The hotel was perfect for us. I did not have to walk a lot to get to where I was going. Much better than a larger hotel.

Housekeeping was slow.

I will be staying here on every trip to New Orleans. Don't be afraid of the price for valet parking it's worth to pay. No walking two blocks to get to your car that you had pay 25 bucks to park anyway. No worries about security either. The service was friendly and fast except for housekeeping but still the tops! ...read more
